Family fishing camp in August

The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks and the Mississippi Wildlife Federation will host a Family Fish Camp at Tombigbee State Park near Tupelo on August 1-2.
Times for the camp are 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. The camp is open to youth ages 10-15 and its purpose is to introduce Mississippi’s families to fisheries conservation, management and sport fishing. To make this a family outing, at least one parent (or legal guardian 21 years age or older) is required to attend the camp with the youth.
