Bobbie H. Sizemore

PHEBA – Bobbie Lou Harpole Sizemore, 78, passed away, on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013, at Calhoun Health Services Nursing Home in Calhoun City. She was born Dec. 19, 1934, in Hatcher to Jeffie Henry Harpole and Robert Harpole. She was a beautician and had worked for Monte Glove, Moody Trailer, West Point Coca Cola and later Walmart in Starkville. She was a member of Hebron Baptist Church. She married George Harper Sizemore on April 29, 1955. He preceded her in death on Aug. 14, 2013.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at Hebron Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry Rhodes officiating. Burial will follow in Hebron Cemetery at Pheba. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include one daughter, Amanda Lou Goodson (Perry) of Calhoun City; two sons, George Warren Sizemore (Marsha) of Brooksville and Timothy Wood Sizemore (Beth) of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and her sister, Betty Jo Foster.
Pallbearers will be Robert Champion, Dale Bigham, Sonny Sizemore, Myron Foster, Bill Cox and Eddie Strickland. Honorary pallbearers will be Perry Goodson and Nick Phillips.
Visitation will be from 9 until 10 a.m. Saturday at Hebron Baptist Church.
