Set clock back an hour!

CJ-103013-Day-Light-Savings-ClockDaylight Savings Time, or DST, ends on the first Sunday of November and readers of the Chickasaw Journal are urged to set their clock back this weekend.

Clocks should be officially moved back one hour from 2 a.m. DST to 1 a.m. standard time Sunday.

The phrase “spring forward, fall back” is a helpful reminder of these time changes.

If you get to church Sunday morning and no one is there, wait about an hour and see what happens.

Daylight Savings Time resumes the second Sunday in March with clocks set ahead one hour. In 2014, we will “spring forward on Sunday, March 9.
