VARDAMAN, Miss. (AP) — Police are looking for a vandal who spray-painted portions of the town’s post office.

Police Chief Kenny Scott tells WTVA that a passer-by notified authorities of the vandalism at about 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Scott says walls at the rear entrance and on the east side of the building had been spray painted.

He says there was writing, including the letters TTYL.

Scott says the phrase is an internet abbreviation for “Talk to You Later.”

Vardaman police and the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department are investigating.
