Lisa Voyles Colton Foster takes care of business on first. The Junior Hilltoppers finished up their season on a high note, posting double-header wins over South Pontotoc June 24 on the road.

The Junior Toppers finished the summer season at 14-2-2 and bagged a lot of experience on the diamond.
“That’s 18 games in June,” said coach Coty Cox. “That’s a lot of games under their belt.”
Cox said he saw a lot of positive aspects this summer in the growth of the players and their level of play.
“It was a very productive summer,” Cox said. “We had a lot of kids playing in different positions and stepping up,” Cox said.”That’s going to help them going into high school or into their eighth grade year.”
