FULTON – Patsy Idwilda Rooker, 48, died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at her daughter’s home in Fulton following an extended illness. She was born in Houston on April 4, 1964, to George David Forrester and Patsy Jeanette Wise Whitehead.
She worked as a seamstress at Seminole Furniture Mfg. before becoming disabled. She always put her family first and enjoyed staying in touch with friends on Facebook. She was a very giving person who thought of others before herself. She was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Egypt Baptist Church.
All arrangements are private at the request of the family. Holland Funeral Directors Okolona Chapel is entrusted with arrangements.
Survivors include her daughter, Linda Patterson (Matthew) of Fulton; two sons, Buddy Rooker of Ripley and Jimmy Rooker of Okolona; two grandchildren, Amber Mae Patterson and Natalee June Rooker.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
